The Career Coach position earns a competitive wage of $14.39 per hour plus a premium sign-on bonus of $500.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CAREER COACH
As a Career Coach you will assist person supported and monitor their progress with soft skills training to include resume development, career exploration, job application process, personalized support, financial counseling, interviewing preparedness and personal presentation skills.
You support many areas of daily living such as medication administration, hygiene, grooming, shopping, meal preparation, and transportation as well as other community and employment skills as needed.
You find it very rewarding to help people with disabilities lead self-fulfilling lives!
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma
- Ability to pass a background check upon hire
- Valid driver’s license
- Basic computer skills
