Frequently Asked Questions

The Charles Lea Center provides an array of services including
residential homes/apartments, Day Programs, Employment Programs
and Enabling Technology Programs, In-Home Supports, and Case
Management Services are offered for infants to seniors depending on
the program. All services are structured to benefit different degrees
of abilities.

An array of services are provided for people with intellectual
disabilities and / or chronic medical conditions in Spartanburg
County. In addition, we provide Case Management Services for men,
women, and children.

Yes, there was an actual Charles Lea. He was an influential Spartanburg businessman who was the president/CEO of the Spartanburg County Foundation when the Charles Lea Center was established. He has since passed away.
